APPLICATIONS
  1. Workable thickness:0.08~4.0mm 
  2. dressing after through-hole drilling 
  3. Dressing after plating and photo to improve dry film lamination.
  4. Removing through-hole blocking ink (UV ink also removable)
  5. Removing oxide film from black oxide panel (IVH, BVH, etc)
  6. Dressing before CC printing. (Smoothing projection of adhesive resin on the surface to minimize defects on printing.)
  7. Level-smoothing of build-up PCB by grinding resin and copper surface.

Range of Application
